Here we are. January 2016. It seems like not too long ago I was blogging about the start of 2015! But I’m super excited for what this year will bring and some new and exciting things that will soon be coming to Food n’ Focus! (Cue the suspense!) On top of that, we’ll be celebrating 4 years of blogging next month, which is something that I’m super excited about.
So today, let’s chat about a recipe that I crafted for the Living Litehouse blog. Potstickers are one of my favorite things to order at any Asian restaurant. I love the crispy noodle shell, the tasty fillings inside and of course, the dipping sauce. They are really easy to make at home, so if you like them as much as I do, skip the bag of frozen potstickers and make your own.
The filling for these Pork Potstickers consists of only 5 ingredients: ground pork, ginger, garlic, chives and cabbage. You can make these ahead of time and freeze them or prepare them right before you want to eat them. I recommend a side of Sesame Ginger dressing to complete the meal.
