Have you ever tried grilling fruit? It turns out pretty amazing. One of my favorite fruits to grill is pineapple but I thought I’d try out peaches for this Living Litehouse post. I marinated the peaches in balsamic vinaigrette to offer a sweet, yet tangy side for my chicken kebobs. I highly encourage you to try them out!
