I am pulling out the sprinkles and balloons because today is the day that Food n’ Focus turns 1! It has been a very exciting year for me and this blog and I’ve enjoyed every minute of it.

Looking back over the past year I’m reflecting on how far I’ve come in my photography (don’t look back at my first photos, please) and my cooking/baking skills. I’ve also had the opportunity to be onTV…twice.  And of course, I couldn’t have gotten this far without all of my wonderful readers!
