I always get really excited when I spot a new product. This is no exception. I talk about yogurt a lot and it’s because it’s such a great breakfast food or snack. It fills you up, it provides protein, it can be a low calorie treat. I was super excited to spot a new yogurt recently in my grocery store called Müller. This brand has recently been brought to the US by Quaker from Europe and it offers a new, European spin on yogurt.

Muller Yogurt

There are a few varieties:

Müller Corner which offers yogurt with a topping that you add in yourself. There are fruit and crunchy cereal options that you can pour all in at once or use as a dipper for your yogurt!

Müller Greek Corner which pairs low fat Greek yogurt with fruit or nut toppings.

And my favorite, Müller FrütUp. This is a low fat yogurt topped with a fruit ‘mousse.’ This is preservative and high fructose corn syrup free (woo-hoo!) and tastes uniquely delicious. My favorite flavor is the Radiant Raspberry.
