Marinated Heirloom Tomatoes with Mustard and Dill

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 pounds large heirloom tomatoes, cut into ¼-inch-thick slices
Instructions
  1. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Add tomato slices, tossing gently to coat. Let stand 15 minutes.
